Your privacy is important to us. At all times, Technology Fund Management Pty Ltd (“TFM”) and all related and associated entities (“TFM” or “We”) will endeavour to comply with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Australian Privacy Act.
TFM will ensure that, wherever possible, it protects the privacy of any personal information it obtains. TFM may need to disclose some personal information to organisations that assist in operating TFM and carry out administration functions on behalf of TFM. Do I have the right to check what personal information is held by TFM?
Under the Australian Privacy Act, you have the right to obtain a copy of any personal information which TFM holds about you and to advise TFM of any perceived inaccuracy.

Website Collection of Personal and Non-Personal Information
Google Analytics website measurement software may be used to assist in tracking traffic patterns to and from TFM websites, anonymously surveying users of the sites. The Google Analytics system is used to collect such information as the number of unique visitors, how long these visitors spend on the website when they do visit, and common entry and exit points into and from the website.
This non-personal information is collected and aggregated by Google and can be provided to us to assist in our analysis of our websites. You cannot be identified personally from this information and no personal information is stored about you.
